Our August 2011 Trip to Jackson, CA.

Well this was the first year we could travel to Jackson, Ca. for Charles and Jeannette's 'Dinner in the Orchard'.

The our retirement home after a bath and all ready to take off on August 10, 2011. Isaac and Kim are going to join us on our trip, so we will go by their place in the morning and pick them up and hit the road!

Here's where we stayed the first night in Fresno, Ca. A little tight but good for one night.

Here's our camping spot at Gold Country Campground Resort, http://www.goldcountrycampground.com/ it located in Pine Grove Ca. a small foothill community in the Sierra Nevada mountains. It has 80 RV spaces, 24 Tent sites and 6 cabins. They have a Recreation room, miniature golf, a swimming pool, a splash pad, basketball court and play ground equipment. They had a little something for everyone.

A stop in Fresno, Ca. for lunch and a flat tire!?!? Thanks to

They put a right on our tire and checked it out real fast and got back on the road in no time.
